At Automotive Speed, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, this Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and our procedures.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 14 days of delivery in line with UAE law, provided that:

• The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

• The product is in resaleable condition with all parts and accessories included.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, certain products cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Electrical or electronic components once unsealed/installed.

• Special order or custom-made parts.

• Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

• If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We may request photos or details before authorising a return.

• A replacement or full refund (including original delivery charges) will be issued once the item is inspected.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different product, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked delivery service.

4. Keep proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.

7. International Returns

Customers outside the UAE are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
